All items on Humboldt Garden Supply are shipped directly to you from Hawthorne Gardening. Humboldt Garden Supply, Inc. is the broker for all products and we will facilitate the return of defective or damaged items that will be sent back to Hawthorne gardening for replacement or a refund. Hawthorne Gardening will not authorize returns for items that you decide you no longer need or items that are not as you expected them to be. For this reason, it is recommended to check out items in your local grow shop or talk to the manufacture about scheduling a product demo at a local store to make sure the items are the right fit for your gardening needs and work as described by the manufacturer. Used items can only be replaced under warranty but not returned if you no longer like the product. Make sure the dimensions are going to fit the grow area as needed and confirm any other product details. You can always call us before placing an order to get more product information and request user's manuals. We are available to answer any of your questions between 9 AM-5 PM pacific, Monday thru Friday.
If there is a defect in any items they will be replaced at no cost to you and if the items are damaged in shipping they will be replaced at no cost to you. Hawthorne will provide the return shipping labels. If you received items that are damaged in shipping, please send us photos ASAP so we can start the RMA process, and if possible please have the delivery driver take note of the damage.
